Cutoff definition & methodology

Cutoff = the minimum rating to earn the bracket's top seasonal title (Rank 1). A player at or above the line is on track for the R1/Elite title for that bracket at season end.
3v3 & Rated BG: the cutoff is a single region-wide rating line (Alliance = Horde this season), Seramate-computed from the live ladder. The per-spec "cutoff" shown is the lowest rating a player of that spec holds while still at/above the line (ladder-derived), with the count of that spec's players above the line. Specs with no player above the line show the bracket line with 0 above — distinguished from "unavailable".
Solo Shuffle: each spec has its own ladder and its own R1 cutoff — Seramate-computed per spec, shown directly, with the count of that spec's players above it.
Blitz: per-spec R1 cutoffs come from Blizzard's official published data (Seramate does not compute a Blitz cutoff). Per-spec character-above counts are not published.
